This sequence shows a tube of hydrogen at a pressure of 10-8 Tor excited by radio frequency current in my Tomahawk reactor. The name of the file gives the date and time of the image. The tube glows red at first then slowly turns yellow the last frame shows a totally different spectrum and the change is very sudden at the end. This is a much more vigorous reaction than that of tubes with hydrogen at higher pressures.
